Liv Hardy is a writer, podcast producer and artist currently based in Iowa City, Iowa where she works as an independent contractor. Liv was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in Iowa by a creative family of artists, writers and musicians.

Across media ranging from sculpture to performance and video to the written word, Liv explores themes related to personal and collective memory, the natural world, spirituality, and mythology. She relishes the bizarre.

Liv graduated from Bard College in 2018 with a BA in Studio Art.

Liv is currently writing a science fiction novel for middle readers. She is also producing an oral history podcast about Iowa City which is set to release in early 2022.
